Grand Theft Auto IV or Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City can only be upgraded to the former to GTA IV: Complete Edition using any of the following methods: Steam Users. In the case of Steam players, it depends on the game as to whether they would have to install or update their existing one: Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City is going to be removed and substituted with GTA IV: Complete Edition in the launcher library. As we plan to roll out the update, GTA IV owners will be able to access content available in Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, and simultaneously their game will be updated to GTA IV: Complete Edition. The update file size is expected to be approximately 6GB.
